Everyone – We are planning the Evergreen Shores HA Annual Meeting for April 11th @ 7pm. We will cover:
- Sediment removal project,
- Pond updates,
- Finances,
- Board elections, and
- Other business.
We’d love to get a lot of participation from the homeowners and are debating whether to try to have it in person or virtual. Shoreview Community Center now charges $315 for room rental.
